What skills will best prepare you as you enter the workforce?

On August 19, 2020, the Brookfield Institute for Innovation + Entrepreneurship (BII+E) and the Business + Higher Education Roundtable (BHER) hosted professionals from the policy space and beyond to share their stories of resilience, adaptability, lifelong learning and career pivots to help students, recent graduates and young professionals prepare for the future in the uncertainty that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought on. The panel conversation featured Ikenna Agu-Amaechi of the Treasury Board Secretariat, Yasmin Rajabi of BII+E, Justin Wiebe of the Mastercard Foundation, Victoria Kuketz of Public Policy Forum, Anna-Kay Russell of WoodGreen Community Services, and moderator Hormuz Dadabhoy of BHER. Following the panel and an open Q&A session, participants also had the opportunity to engage directly with the panelists via a virtual networking session.
