Director of Operations + Employee Engagement

Wylie has over 15 years of progressive experience in business administration, human resources, strategic and operational planning, coaching, consulting, facilitation, and leading high performing teams both in the private and public sectors.

As the Director of Operations + Employee Engagement for BII+E, Wylie focuses on two key areas, people and culture. She leads the strategic planning and execution of people management strategies across the Institute. She is passionate about fostering a community of learning, collaboration, curiosity, inclusion, and empathy at BII+E.

Wylie sees her work as community building. She creates and nurtures an environment where a diversity of thought and experience forms the foundation for success. An environment where everyone is encouraged to lead from their strengths, where we learn through shared experience, and where we are always looking for new and innovative ways to collaborate and drive individual and organizational growth.

She holds an MBA from Queen’s University, an Honours Degree in Sociology from York University, and she is an Adler Trained Coach.
