Co-founder and Principal of Springboard Policy

Noah Zon is a co-founder and Principal of Springboard Policy, a research and advisory firm that helps organizations understand and shape the public policies that matter to them. Noah has spent his career working on a wide range of policy issues with governments at all levels in Canada. Before co-founding Springboard in 2018, Noah was the Director of Policy and Research at the Maytree Foundation in Toronto, a policy researcher at the Mowat Centre public policy think tank at the University of Toronto, and a public servant in the Cabinet Office for the Government of Ontario government. Noah holds an MSc in Global Politics from the London School of Economics and a BA (Joint Hons). in Political Science and International Development from McGill University.
