Azana Hyder is a Business Development Associate at the Brookfield Institute for Innovation + Entrepreneurship. She supports the project management of research initiatives and assists in securing funding opportunities for projects across BII+E’s work streams.
Her interests lie in advancing an inclusive innovation economy that benefits all Canadians and fosters an ecosystem that supports the growth and success of Canadian entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Prior to joining BII+E, Azana pursued her interest in international trade as Program Coordinator at the Toronto Region Board of Trade and Project Coordinator at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Thailand. She holds a Master of Global Affairs with a specialization in Innovation Policy from the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy.
